I'm writing them off! Throwing away both my machines!!! I'm not sure if you remember, but I got a cartidage a while ago and it broke. So I sent them an e-mail and they said they'd send me a new one. I STILL haven't received it yet! Well, mom was out of town and got me a new one so I could use it for the hearts instead of glueing. WELL...something is wrong with this one as well. the clear paper is half riped. So I fixed it. BUT it's getting glue on the top of the hearts. The whites one now look dirty and the red ones cause the card to stick together! SO... I'm throwing them away and I'm not using it anymore!!!

Xyron just recalled a bunch of the cartridges cause they were defective. Maybe you have defective ones.

I agree. E-mail them again. It may be a defective refill cartridge.

I haven't received the first replacement yet! I'll have to check and see how long ago that was....
