What has happened to the shopping cart? I usually browse the shop a little now and then, add a few things to the shopping cart and log out. When I return next time the cart is still there, filled with the goodies I will order next time.
But suddenly the shopping cart disappears when I close IE! The next time I log in the cart is empty.
I haven't made any changes to IE or any other program that are involved.

Hmmm, I don't know. I will ask Kelly about it and get back to you.
KristyH- 08-04-2007
yep.. that is a Kelly question. Did you happen to clear your cookies on your computer or run some kind of defrag? That will clear your shopping cart.
Elisabeth- 08-04-2007
I haven't done anything, not cleared cookies, not changed settings of any kind, I haven't installed any new programs that might have changed anything. Feels a bit strange.

Elisabeth, I have been in touch with Kelly and she is checking it out.

Elisabeth, your IE will deleted cookies automatically regularly at the time you have scheduled. Maybe that is what happened. I can always tell when mine does it, which is once a month, cause I have to type in my log in information again and then won't have to again for a month!

Suddenly it works again.
strange...
vickir- 08-07-2007
I talked with Kelly on Monday and she was going to check and see if there was a problem. Glad its working again!
KristyH- 08-11-2007
YAY.. it is working!!!
wintermoon- 09-02-2007
Now im having this problem... :(
vickir- 09-02-2007
I asked Kelly and she said as far as she can tell, there is nothing wrong with the shopping cart. However, if you are shopping clearance items, you can put them in your cart, but if they are out of stock, it will pull them out again. It that's not the case, let us know and we can check into it further.
wintermoon- 09-02-2007
Well, I just hope that it will start to work later on. It's not a problem this time because I can copy/paste what I want because im gonna make an order with mom. :)
Elisabeth- 09-02-2007
The problem is now at my end - IE doesn't like the store page and keeps throwing me out all the time!
KristyH- 09-02-2007
Yikes!!! I am not sure what the deal is!
Elisabeth- 09-03-2007
The problem is still here today - but at least the items in the shopping cart stays when IE closes down.
I've tried to update Java (which sometimes can be a problem with shopping carts, as the homepage is built using Java scripts), I have run a checkup on Windows, but cannot find anything wrong.
