Easy Pork Chop - Potato Dinner 1/2 cup oil
1/4 c water
6-8 potatoes, sliced
2 onions, sliced
salt, pepper and garlic salt to tast
8-10 Boneless prok chops
Optional dry mustard
Pour oil and water into a 9 x 13 baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Layer potato and onion slices on bottom of pan;
sprinkle to taste with seasoning.
Arrange pork chops over veggies.
Sprinkle with additional seasonings.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes
remove file and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until tenter and golden
Serves 8-10
I cut this in half for my family and it is really good!
